Will food or beverage be available?
Not part of the event. But the Renaissance Hotel features 2 locations for food & 1 coffee bar on-site
However, the capacity to serve all attendees will be limited, especially during the mid-day lunch break. The venue permits guests to bring their own food and beverages, so please plan accordingly.

Is there childcare available?
Onsite childcare will not be available during the symposium. However, the conference is being held in a large venue with ample space to comfortably accommodate all attendees. We encourage families to plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Is there a dress code?
We encourage all attendees, at a minimum, to dress modestly and dignified. Please choose clothing that reflects respect for the occasion, each other, clergy, royalty and for you too.
Gentlemen, if you come in a suit, you will not be over-dressed.

What should I expect during the event?
The event will start with a welcome speech to greet everyone and set the mood for the day. Throughout the day, our respected speakers will give several interesting presentations. There will also be breaks for attendees to visit vendors and meet other participants.

Yes, there will be various vendors at the Blessed Karl von Habsburg Symposium. Can Symposium attendance be free for clergy & Religious
